Unless disabled in settings, every Sim has an additional layer of clothing that is underwear. Undressing top or bottom half of the Sim body will reveal their underwear. Sims with the 'No Underwear' trait will not wear underwear.

I've seen this reported before, I removed cc and repaired, now I am reinstalling entirely. I have a mosaic remover and the sims are wearing underwear in the shower. Even without the mosaic remover mod you can see they are wearing underwear. It is very frustrating.
Hi Trillyke! I have a question about your nude top and bottom. Are they a default replacement for EA underwear? I just realised that I really need it in my game, but it kinda bothers me to see my sims super naked in CAS...
